Mountain View Villas is a joint housing project between Masaki Katayama & Associates, Adam Innovation Co. Ltd and Kiryu Kogyo, in Urasa.
Urasa is located in the heart of Minami Uonuma City (also known as Snow Country), which offers distinct experiences in the four seasons throughout the year. Residents have the privilege of experiencing the beautiful landscape of the Hakkaisan Mountain range and enjoying the countless breathtaking views and charms throughout the year. From the vibrant blossoms of spring to the rejuvenating sunlight of summer, as well as the captivating colors of autumn leaves, and accompanied by unique activity (skiing, hot spring, snow camping, etc.) packed winters, there is a wealth of beauty to be appreciated.

We have three bespeak Scandinavian-style architecture designs available: Ruby Villas, Sapphire Villas, and Emerald Villas. Our Villas are finished two-floor buildings with wide windows, expansive balconies, and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Use the spacious environment around the house for gardening, a children’s play area, a BBQ area, and a Parking space for two cars.
